I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! It felt like home, with spotlessly clean bathrooms and helpful staff available 24/7. The breakfast included delicious vegetarian Vietnamese food and plenty of coffee. Even when I woke up late, the food was still waiting for me. It's located in a quiet area, but within a 20-minute walk or 6-minute drive to the citadel. The hotel also offers filtered water, which is rare in Vietnam.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The place is mind-blowingly lovely with Japanese-inspired sliding doors and comfortable foam beds. The check-in experience was super relaxing with cool water provided. The air conditioning in the rooms saved me from the summer heat. The shared bathroom was clean. The location is a bit away, but easily walkable to the imperial city and cheap moto taxis are available. The passionate manager created a calm atmosphere with cute decorations and books. Free water in eco-friendly glass bottles. Convenient motorbike rental. The helpful and friendly host provided useful information. The accommodation was beautifully renovated with thoughtful gestures. Highly recommended!
